Team Experiences
African fig has linked with some phenomenal experiences to bring you a truly unique teambuilding experience. Our frustration with traditional teambuilding and motivation sessions is that while everyone has a lot of fun, there is often no real change or shift in our lives and teams when we get back to the workplace. Through various teams experiences we have developed a facilitated experience that encourages personal and corporate growth. Our two primary experiences are the Karkloof Canopy Tour (Zip-line adventure activity) and the iMfolozi Wilderness walking safari, however depending our your aims and objectives we can develop a specific experience to meeting your desired outcomes.

PDA is a behavioral assessment that through a simple, precise and scientific methodology allows us to discover and analyze peoples’ behavioral profiles. It also allows us to evaluate the behavioral and competency requirements of a job thereby ensuring you select and develop the right people into the right positions.

Using a variety of techniques including hidden cameras we aim to capture the true experience that your clients or guest receive while interacting with your business. This is not to “catch’ people out but rather to see (discover) what’s really going on and then to develop a training program to improve where necessary. The opportunity for personal growth when people see how they communicate and interact with clients is massive. It must be noted that anything captured cannot be used for disciplinary action against any employee but only for training purposes.

This links closely with LED however depending on the objectives and desired outcomes may require greater investment into the Human capital that exists within a given area.

It is now an established requirement for corporate companies to “Invest” in social responsibility projects. Our aim is help corporate companies make this a sustainable investment; one that will have a long lasting positive impact, aligns with the values of the company and one that its employees can ‘buy’ into.
